Everything happens in our Discord — support, questions about plans, and the announcement when signups open. You will usually get an answer the same evening, from the person who runs the servers rather than a queue.
Not on Discord, or it is something private — billing, a privacy request, or an abuse report? Email [email protected] and it reaches the same person.
